Ingredients: Prawns (crustaceans)(40%), E451, E452, water, breadcrumb (31%) (wheat flour (gluten) (92%), shortening (3.7%), sugar (2.3%), yeast, salt, yeast food), batter-mix (wheat flour (gluten) (57.99%), modified starch (29.88%), salt (6.5%), dusting powder (modified starch (89.64%), salt (5.5%), wheat flour (gluten) (4.5%), calcinated shell calcium, vegetable fat, emulsifier).
Cooking Instruction:
Deep fry from frozen (Do not thaw) for 3-4 minutes at 180°C.
Cooking oil must reach this temperature before frozen product is put in.
Take out when colour changes to light brown. Serve hot.
